A selection of my film works - between observation, narrative and experiment.

Racing The Clouds Home

Visual Poem 2025

Inspired by White Russians by Marillion

Concept, visual design & editing: Monika Groth
Image generation and animation: Midjourney & Runway

A visual poem about flight, loss and memory. Inspired by the song “White Russians” by Marillion, a song from the year 1987 whose themes are frighteningly topical today.

Based on drawings in the style of Egon Schiele, translated into AI-generated animation.

An attempt to make inner images visible.
